CCLL Manager Evaluations Now Open – Share Your Feedback!

Central Chesterfield Little League is committed to creating the best possible environment for our players to learn, grow, and enjoy the game of baseball. As we begin planning for the upcoming season, we are asking all CCLL families to take a few minutes to complete our Manager Evaluation Form.

Your feedback plays a vital role in helping us evaluate and select Managers and Coaches for next season. Please be as honest and detailed as possible. Be sure to select the correct coach in the correct division, as some coaches may work with more than one team.

The evaluation includes:

• 18 questions using a 1 to 5-star rating scale:

  • 1 = Poor

  • 2 = Below Average

  • 3 = Average

  • 4 = Above Average

  • 5 = Excellent

• An optional comments section for any additional thoughts or experiences you'd like to share.

All submissions are strictly confidential and reviewed only by the CCLL Board.
