Central Chesterfield Little League (CCLL) is excited to announce that All-Star Player Registration for the 2025 season is officially open! This is an incredible opportunity for players to extend their baseball season and represent CCLL in one of two competitive All-Star tournament formats: District (Little League International) and Invitational.

Each year, approximately 25% of CCLL players are selected to participate on All-Star teams, showcasing their skills and sportsmanship while representing our league against top competition across the region.

⚾ What Are District All-Stars?

District All-Star teams compete in official Little League International Tournaments, governed by Little League rules, including tournament-specific guidelines in addition to regular season rules. These tournaments follow a double elimination format, and successful teams may advance to the Virginia State Tournament, Regional Tournament, and even the Little League World Series.

• Practices Begin: Late May

• Tournament Host: Atlee Little League (All Levels)

• Game Schedules Released: Early June

District Tournament Teams CCLL Will Enter:

• 8-9-10 Minor Baseball (Ages 8–10, Minor or Major level)
  🗓️ Starts June 13 – Atlee LL

• 9-10-11 Minor Baseball (Ages 9–11, Minor or Major level)
  🗓️ Starts June 21 – Atlee LL

• 10-11-12 Major Baseball (Ages 10–12, Major level)
  🗓️ Starts June 21 – Atlee LL

• Intermediate 50/70 Baseball (Ages 12–13, Major, Intermediate, or Senior level)
  🗓️ Starts June 13 – Atlee LL

• Seniors Baseball (Ages 14–16, Senior level)
  🗓️ Starts June 13 – Atlee LL

🌟 What Are Invitational All-Stars?

Invitational All-Star teams provide more CCLL players with the opportunity to enjoy postseason baseball. These tournaments feature a pool play format, guaranteeing each team at least 3–4 games. While champions are crowned, there is no advancement beyond the local tournament.

• Tryouts: Friday, May 16 at Ironbridge Baseball Academy

• Registration Closes: Wednesday, May 15

2025 Invitational Tournaments (Tentative):

• Coach Pitch Tournament (Ages 6–7; Coach Pitch level) – Bethlehem LL – Late July

• Coach Pitch Baseball (Ages 7–8; Coach Pitch or Minor level) – Huguenot LL – Mid July

• Minor Baseball (Ages 8–9; Minor level) – Atlee LL – Late July

• Minor Baseball (Ages 9–10; Minor or Major level) – Ashland LL – Late July

• Major Baseball (Ages 11–12; Major or Intermediate 50/70 level) – Bethlehem LL – Late July
